American Association of Attorney-Certified Public Accountants
This is the website for the AAA-CPA, the national association whose members must be dually-certified as both attorneys and Certified Public Accountants.  The AAA-CPA helps protect the rights of the overachievers who are dually-certified to be able to choose to practice either or both professions.  Merrell Bailey is a Vice-President of the Florida Association of the AAA-CPA.

Central Florida Association of Women Lawyers
Hallie Zobel is a member of Central Florida Association of Women Lawyers.  CFAWL is a professional organization devoted to actively promoting the advancement of women in the legal profession and expanding the leadership role of its members in the community at large.

Central Florida Chapter of Families with Children from China
Hallie Zobel and her family are members and active in this Central Florida group. They have monthly social events and it gives a chance for the adopted Chinese girls and boys to meet, socialize and learn about their Chinese culture.  

Central Florida Paralegal Association, Inc.
Both Janet Scott and Benjamin Warren are Florida Registered Paralegals (FRP), which is a certification offered to paralegals with the Florida Bar. Very few paralegals meet the qualifications to be FRPs.  Janet and Ben are active members of the Central Florida Paralegal Association. They attend the monthly luncheons and frequent seminars to stay current on their continuing paralegal hours required by The Florida Bar to maintain their certification as FRPs.

Great Dane Rescue of Tampa Bay, Inc.
Merrell Bailey and her husband, Ralph Reichard, are known far and wide as being daft when it comes to dogs the size of barn animals.  Their Great Dane, Krueger, weighs 208 pounds and often is mistaken for an ambulatory area rug.  Florida has several well-run Great Dane rescue 501(c)(3) charitable groups; this is the website for one of Merrell's favorites.  Linda Drag and her group would be happy to help you to adopt your next four-legged best friend.

This is the official website for the Internal Revenue Service.  We know, we know...  why would you want to spend time on this website?  Take a look sometime.  It contains an amazing amount of information about topics that you might find surprisingly relevant.

Lighthouse Central Florida
Lighthouse is the only private, non-profit agency offering a comprehensive array of professional vision rehabilitation services in the Central Florida area, including early intervention services, training, counseling, and new state-of-the-art low vision services. Hallie Zobel and Merrell Bailey are Pi Beta Phi sorority sisters!  Hallie pledged Pi Phi at the Florida Alpha chapter at Stetson University, and Merrell pledged Pi Phi at the Florida Epsilon chapter at the University of Central Florida.  Hallie’s niece, Christine, is an active member at UCF.

Stetson University
Hallie Zobel graduated from Stetson University in Deland, Florida with a degree of Bachelor of Business Administration.   Founded in 1883, Stetson is Florida's first private university. Hallie Zobel continues to maintain contact with the friends and colleagues she met while a student at Stetson University.

University of Central Florida
We are big fans of the University of Central Florida.  Janet Scott’s son, Chris, is a UCF graduate.  Hallie Zobel’s niece, Christine, and Merrell Bailey’s niece, Maria both are students at UCF.  Merrell Bailey is a five-time graduate of the UCF College of Business Administration, represented UCF as an athlete by rowing on the UCF women's crew team a very long time ago, has been an adjunct professor at the UCF Kenneth G. Dixon School of Accounting teaching Gifts & Estate Taxation to unsuspecting graduate-level M.S. Taxation and M.S.
