Whenever you call in to Bailey Zobel Pilcher, Katy's happy voice is most likely the first one you will hear. Katy will cheerfully and efficiently help you. She is the keeper of the crazy schedules, the queller of the ringing phones, and most importantly, the baker of the yummy cookies.

Katy was born in Denver, Colorado, but moved to Central Florida at a very young age. Raised in Longwood and a resident of Central Florida for over 20 years, Katy has loved living in a state with no snow. While she did leave the Sunshine State to go to college for two years in St. Louis, Katy earned her undergraduate degree at the University of Central Florida. Katy plans on pursuing a Master's Degree in Business in the very near future.

During her free time, Katy enjoys playing racquetball and reading history books. She loves baking or cooking, and enjoys finding new recipes to make. Just please don't ask her to clean up the dishes! You will frequently find her watching a broad range of movies, from Jurassic Park to Gone With The Wind, Iron Man to the African Queen. If there is a movie out there, Katy will try to watch it.
