David Pilcher Partner Possessing a personal philosophy of "doing what's best for the client," David Pilcher was admitted to the Florida Bar more than 15 years ago. As a partner with Bailey Zobel Pilcher, David focuses on probate, guardianship and trust administration, as well as litigation, special needs trust administration, business entity creation, and business entity compliance. After graduating from Seminole High School, Florida, David attended Brigham Young University and graduated with a B.S. in Computer Science. His professional career began with Client Profiles, Inc., which delivers case management software to law firms throughout the United States. David provided software integration, conversion and training services. As a lifelong resident of Central Florida, David recognized the area's growing aging population would need estate planning counsel and services. He earned his Juris Doctorate degree at Brigham Young University's J. Reuben Clark Law School where he was a standout participant in various Moot Court competitions. David practiced with another local estate planning firm prior to forming Bailey Zobel Pilcher. David, his wife and four children currently reside in Lake Mary, Florida while his extended family members continue to live in the Central Florida area. He enjoys playing soccer and is a member of the Central Florida Woodturners organization. As a result of a mission trip to Paraguay in the 1980s, David is fluent in Spanish. David is a member of The Florida Bar Association and the Estate Planning Discussion Group as well as the Business Law and Real Property Probate and Trust Law sections of The Florida Bar.
